 HECHO HOY Designs updates these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in operations, services, or legal requirements. The most current version will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or ordering product after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

HECHO HOY Designs accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.  All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant technology. HECHO HOY Designs does not store or share customer card details. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information. If a payment is declined, no charges will be made, and the customer may retry with a different method or contact their financial institution for assistance.

Discount codes and gift cards may be applied during checkout. Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated. All codes must be valid and entered correctly at the time of purchase. HECHO HOY Designs reserves the right to reject expired, duplicated, or unauthorized codes.

Once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed. If an issue arises, customers must contact HECHO HOY Designs immediately to discuss available options. Orders may be canceled prior to production; however, custom orders are not eligible for cancellation once approved.

Customers may check out as guests or create an account to track orders and save preferences. A digital receipt is sent via email after purchase. If a formal invoice is required for business or gifting purposes, customers may contact HECHO HOY Designs with their order number and specific details. A custom invoice will be provided upon request.

Sales taxes  are calculated based on the shipping address and applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Any taxes due will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is submitted. HECHO HOY Designs complies with all required tax collection laws and remits taxes as required by jurisdiction.  

Customers are responsible for any additional duties or fees imposed by local authorities.  

 HECHO HOY Designs currently ships to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S.-based location.

Order processing times may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, and seasonal demand. Estimated processing time is typically 3–5 business days for standard orders and 7–14 business days for custom orders. These estimates exclude weekends and holidays and do not include carrier transit time. During holidays, seasonal launches, or high-volume periods, processing and delivery times may be extended. HECHO HOY Designs will communicate any known delays via email or on the website.

Shipping options, including standard and expedited delivery, are provided at checkout based on the customer’s location. All shipments are handled through trusted carriers. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email to monitor delivery progress.

HECHO HOY Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, and HECHO HOY Designs is not liable for missed deadlines due to third-party shipping issues.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. HECHO HOY Designs will provide shipment details upon request to support the claim but is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at the time of order. If an address change is requested before the order ships, HECHO HOY Designs will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the update. However, changes are not guaranteed once an order is in progress.

 Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has been    

shipped. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated in a promotion or resolution.

HECHO HOY Designs accepts returns and exchanges for standard items within 14 calendar days of the delivery date, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping costs may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a verified defect in the design application or garment. If a custom order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact HECHO HOY Designs within 5 calendar days of delivery and provide photos and the order number. HECHO HOY Designs will assess the issue and, if verified, offer a resolution, which may include a remake, refund, or replacement.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. HECHO HOY Designs reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet the stated criteria. 

HECHO HOY Designs is a customization and design brand. It is not a garment manufacturer. HECHO HOY Designs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any original garment brands used for blanks. Product names and descriptions are proprietary and used for identification and marketing purposes only; they do not imply fiber content, brand origin, or manufacturing source.

All material references (e.g., “cotton,” “poly blend”) are based on supplier-provided specifications and may vary due to standard production tolerances. Fit, feel, and finish may differ between batches due to supplier variability and the handcrafted nature of the customization process. 

labels and branding elements added by HECHO HOY Designs to a product are for identification purposes only and do not indicate content or manufacturing origin. All customization is performed within the United States.

 At HECHO HOY Designs, we take intellectual property seriously. If we discover unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale of our artwork, we may pursue legal action or issue formal takedown notices. Protecting our creative work ensures fairness for our customers and integrity for our brand.

By accessing, purchasing from, or interacting with HECHO HOY Designs, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to protect our creative assets, clarify customer rights, and ensure transparent business practices.

All original artwork, apparel and product designs, logos, product photography, digital content, product names, slogans, layout compositions, and written materials are the exclusive property of HECHO HOY Designs. These assets are protected under applicable U.S. copyright laws and intellectual property regulations and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used in any form without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of HECHO HOY Designs’ creative assets—whether digital or physical—is strictly prohibited. 

All branding elements and design assets created by HECHO HOY Designs are protected under the laws of the State of Colorado and the United States. These assets may not be used, imitated, or referenced without prior written authorization. All product imagery shared online is legally protected. Unauthorized use, sharing, or reproduction of these images without proper credit or permission may result in legal action.

 HECHO HOY Designs incorporates symbolic visuals such as open palms, heart hands, “I love you” (ASL) signs, peace signs, anatomical hearts, starbursts, multicolored accents, and other gesture-based icons. These symbols are hand-drawn in original artistic style and inspired by public domain shapes, Unicode gestures, and commercially licensed resources.  

 HECHO HOY Designs does not use or reproduce proprietary communication systems If you believe your intellectual property has been used in error, please contact designs@hechohoy.com with supporting documentation. HECHO HOY Designs will promptly investigate and respond in accordance with applicable law.
